| About the collection:
The Hong Kong Listed Company Papers Collection is made up of documents arising from the issue of new shares, derivative warrants and debt securities, mergers and takeovers, repurchase of shares, company reorganization, etc., released by Hong Kong listed companies and financial institutions to the general public. The documents not only reflect the activities of listed companies but also the overall economic conditions of Hong Kong since 1947. |
