In view of the desire manifested by the public at large for expediting democractic development in Hong Kong, will Government inform this Council whether, in reviewing the future system of government in Hong Kong for 1991 and after, consideration will be given to the views expressed by various organizations as regards the composition of the future Legislative Council; and whether there will be formal public consultation in the review?
